When you use our inquiry or contact form, we collect your full name, email address, and project details (services, budget range, timeline, and project description). Submitting the form is entirely voluntary.
Via Google Analytics 4, we collect device and browser type, pages visited, time on site, approximate location (country/city), and interaction events in aggregate. This data cannot identify you individually.
If you contact us via WhatsApp or email directly, we retain those communications to manage our relationship with you.
We do not sell your data, use it for targeted advertising, or apply it to automated decision-making.

Zap Creations Media Pte. Ltd. ("ZCM") is a Singapore-incorporated creative media studio founded by Rithik Pandian. These Terms govern use of our website and any service engagement between you ("Client") and ZCM.
You may use this website to learn about ZCM, view our work, and make contact. You agree not to scrape or reproduce content without permission, interfere with site operations, or submit false information. Links to third-party platforms are for convenience only — we are not responsible for their content or availability.
ZCM provides content creation, influencer marketing, media production, and brand strategy. Each project is governed by a written agreement or Statement of Work. Submitting our inquiry form is an expression of interest only — a binding engagement begins upon execution of a written proposal and receipt of any applicable deposit.
Upon receipt of full payment, ZCM assigns to the Client the agreed usage rights to final deliverables as specified in the project agreement. Raw footage, source files, and working files remain ZCM's property unless explicitly transferred in writing.
Unless confidentiality is requested in writing before commencement, ZCM reserves the right to display completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials. We will never disclose confidential business information alongside portfolio items.
All content on this website — text, design, graphics, code, and branding — is the intellectual property of Zap Creations Media Pte. Ltd. Reproduction or commercial use without written consent is prohibited.
Fees are agreed in writing prior to commencement. Prices are in SGD unless otherwise stated, exclusive of applicable GST. A deposit (typically 50%) is required to commence work; the balance is due on final delivery. Invoices not settled by the due date may incur a late fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance. Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced, unless ZCM is in material breach.
Each project includes an agreed number of revision rounds. Requests outside the agreed scope may incur additional fees and revised timelines. ZCM will notify you before proceeding with any out-of-scope work.
Both parties will keep confidential any non-public information shared during an engagement, including business strategy, unreleased campaigns, and financials. This obligation survives termination of any project.
ZCM's total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific project in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including loss of revenue, profit, or data. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by ZCM's negligence.
Either party may terminate with 14 days' written notice. The Client shall pay for all work completed to that date. ZCM may terminate immediately for non-payment, materially false information, or requests for unlawful conduct. IP in deliverables passes to the Client only upon settlement of all outstanding fees.
Disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. Unresolved disputes may be referred to mediation via the Singapore Mediation Centre before legal proceedings. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore, with the Singapore courts having exclusive jurisdiction.
